Refund policy

We want you to be happy with the animals that have been raised with care and love.

Animals will come in breather bags. If they are dead on arrival, please snap a picture of the little guy or gal with your phone within an hour of delivery in the unopened breather bag, and a photo of them outside of the bag, and we'll be happy to send you a new one. You may contact us with any questions.

Mystery Snail Egg Clutches must be kept in a humid environment to hatch. If for some reason they do not hatch after 6 weeks, please crush the eggs in a paper towel and send us a picture and we will refund your purchase.
